Dr. Saud Khan is a dedicated medical professional whose work reflects a lifelong commitment to healthcare, community upliftment, and social responsibility. A graduate of the Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (HIMSR), where he completed his MBBS, Dr. Khan began shaping his vision for public health early in his academic journey.

During his college years, he co-founded a Drug Bank in Delhi—an initiative designed to provide free medications to economically disadvantaged patients. This project played a crucial role in supporting individuals who struggled to afford essential drugs, further highlighting his determination to bridge healthcare gaps at the grassroots level.

Dr. Khan is also the founder of the International Fraternity of Medical Students (IFMS), an organization that aims to enhance medical education and create a collaborative environment for young doctors. Through IFMS, he helped build a platform where medical students could share ideas, refine their vision, and grow into socially conscious healthcare professionals.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Saud Khan served as the Medical Director of Rethink Charity, where he led extensive humanitarian efforts. Under his leadership, the organization provided food, essential supplies, and medical aid to underserved communities. He played a pivotal role in assisting stranded migrant workers in major metropolitan cities, ensuring they received continuous care, support, and safe passage home. Alongside this, he conducted awareness sessions on hygiene, preventive healthcare, and vaccination in remote regions of Uttar Pradesh, where medical outreach remained minimal.

Over the last three years, Dr. Khan has organized and led numerous health camps across Uttarakhand, Delhi, Faridabad, and Haryana. His efforts have consistently focused on bringing reliable healthcare to populations that lack easy access to basic medical services. His sustained commitment reflects his deep dedication to improving public health and strengthening the medical landscape.

Beyond the medical field, Dr. Saud Khan maintains a strong passion for sports. Known for his discipline, competitive nature, and team-oriented mindset, he has actively engaged in various sports and performed exceptionally well. This athletic background has contributed to his resilience, leadership approach, and ability to thrive in challenging environments.

Today, as one of the driving forces behind Late Radha Devi Life Care Hospital, Chamoli, Uttarakhand, Dr. Khan is working toward establishing a network of seven healthcare centers across the state. His vision is clear and impactful:

to make quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare available to the underserved communities of Uttarakhand.

Under his leadership, the hospital aims to ensure that residents no longer need to travel outside the state for essential medical services. By offering comprehensive care—either directly or through associated partner hospitals—the institution is committed to providing dependable, community-centered healthcare at reasonable costs.

Dr. Saima Afshan is a committed and forward-thinking medical professional whose career has been defined by compassion, leadership, and an unwavering dedication to public welfare. She completed her medical education at the Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. 

From the earliest stages of her career, she demonstrated exceptional initiative and leadership. In her first year, she co-founded IFMS, an organization created to strengthen global academic collaboration, promote the exchange of medical knowledge, and inspire a new generation of healthcare leaders. Through this platform, she played a key role in advancing public health awareness, conducting outreach in remote communities.

Deeply committed to community service, Dr. Afshan has contributed to numerous health camps across districts in Uttarakhand and Haryana, extending essential healthcare services to underserved populations. Her work in these regions reflects her compassionate approach, strong ethical foundation, and her belief that quality healthcare is a fundamental right that must be accessible to all, regardless of socioeconomic background.

During her final year of medical school, Dr. Afshan established a drug bank within her hospital, aimed at providing essential medications free of cost to economically disadvantaged patients. This initiative, built on empathy and social responsibility, ensured that lifesaving treatment reached those who needed it most and underscored her dedication to equitable healthcare.

As part of her academic pursuits, Dr. Afshan also conducted significant research on the evaluation of respiratory function in post-COVID patients using spirometry. Her work received commendation for its clinical relevance and contribution to the growing understanding of post-infectious respiratory outcomes.

Today, Dr. Saima Afshan is at the forefront of an ambitious healthcare expansion project Late Radha Devi Life Care Hospital, operating under the Late Radha Devi Charitable Trust. She is overseeing the establishment of a chain of several charitable hospitals dedicated to delivering affordable, reliable, and compassionate medical services. The first center, situated in Gairsen, Uttarakhand, is poised to serve communities with limited access to quality healthcare, reflecting her enduring mission to strengthen medical infrastructure and uplift the well-being of underserved populations.
